Where it started
My grandpa came here from Mexico and bought and sold property. My dad did the same with rentals, and I was right there with him, collecting rent and fixing up empty units so they could be rented again.
That's where I learned that a family's situation matters more than any sales pitch.

Some buyers want to get in now with a starter home. Others want to save a little longer for the right one. Plenty want to see their numbers first. Any of those is fine with me.
