This site is run by Albert Sanchez, REALTOR®, DRE #02028262, Century 21 Allstars, and his team ("we").

What we collect

When you fill out the form, we collect your name, phone number, email if you give it, the property address, and your answers about the property. The site host also logs basic technical information like your IP address.

If you use the buying power calculator, we also collect the income, monthly debts, credit score range and savings you enter. We never ask for your Social Security number, and the calculator does not check your credit.

How we use it

For sellers, to contact you about your property, prepare cash offers and a listing estimate, and share the property details with cash buyers so they can make offers. We keep your information in our customer management system.

For buyers, we use your answers to estimate your price range and to follow up about buying a home. We'll only share them with a mortgage lender if you ask us to connect you with one.

We don't sell your personal information.

Calls and texts

If you check the box on the form, you agree that we can call and text you about your property or home search. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us to stop calling at any time.

Your choices

California residents can ask what information we have about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email albert@socaltoprealty.com or call (323) 326-0133.
